Software for F&B.

Your POS and QR ordering are probably fine. The gaps are around them: delivery platforms, outlet numbers, supplier paperwork and catering orders.

Where custom work fits

Food and beverage is well served by off-the-shelf tools for the counter: point of sale, QR table ordering, kitchen screens. We don’t rebuild those. The pain shows up between the tools: three delivery-platform tablets, a different sales export from each outlet, a drawer of supplier invoices that someone keys in on Sunday, and catering orders arranged over WhatsApp.

That in-between work is what we build for: connecting what you have, pulling the numbers into one place, and taking the retyping out.

What we can build for F&B

  • Delivery platform orders in one place. Orders from GrabFood and the other platforms you’re on, on one screen and in one report, instead of a tablet per platform.
  • Outlet numbers every morning. Yesterday’s sales, voids, platform commissions and labour by outlet, from the POS exports, in your inbox or chat.
  • Supplier invoices and delivery orders reconciled. Read automatically, matched to what was ordered, posted to accounting, with mismatches flagged.
  • Catering and pre-order forms. Corporate orders, festive sets and bulk pre-orders taken on a page with cut-off times and deposits, feeding one production list.
  • Wholesale and B2B ordering. Regular trade customers reorder from their own price list, and the central kitchen sees one combined list.
  • Central kitchen planning. Tomorrow’s production and deliveries worked out from outlet orders and par levels.
  • A menu site you edit yourself. Change a dish, a price or opening hours from your phone and it’s live.
  • Shift checklists and handovers. Opening, closing, temperature logs and cleaning done on a phone and visible to the manager.

What we build around

Most F&B tools can export data or offer a connection: POS systems, delivery platforms’ merchant portals, accounting software, payment providers. We use those routes first. Where a platform offers nothing, we tell you what is and isn’t possible before quoting, rather than promising an integration that depends on someone else’s goodwill.

Where to start

A good first job is the daily outlet report: it’s small, it uses data you already have, and owners look at it every day. Supplier invoice handling is a good next step, because it takes up a lot of hours. Platform order consolidation depends on which platforms you’re on and what they expose.

Questions people ask

Do you build POS or QR ordering systems?

No. Those are well served by established providers, and we would rather connect to the one you have. We build the reporting, order handling and back-office tools around it.

Can you connect to GrabFood and the other delivery platforms?

It depends on what each platform offers merchants at the time, and it changes. We check what is possible for your accounts before quoting, and we tell you if a platform only offers exports.

We have several outlets with different POS systems. Is that a problem?

It is normal. Each export looks different, so there is a bit of work per system, and then the numbers land in one place.

Can supplier invoices really be read automatically?

Mostly, yes. Invoices and delivery orders are read and matched automatically, and the ones that do not match or look unusual go to a person. The aim is to remove the retyping, not the checking.
